Program components – Home screen

The figure below shows the general division of the components of the program window:

Program menu

By clicking on the button in the upper left corner of the main screen, we open a menu with the main commands of the program.
To make things easier, some of the options have a two-level menu.

Support bar

On this small bar there are some of the most frequently used icons.

By clicking on the small triangular button, we can configure the appearance of this bar.

Toolbar

All the features of the program are collected and grouped here. For easier and
more intuitive navigation, they are presented in the form of graphical buttons (icons) sorted into groups.
By clicking on the individual main functions, we select the operation we are interested in.

Some of the icons have a subordinate drop-down menu, to expand click on the small triangular button

Workspace (document window)

This is where the current document you’re working on is displayed. This is where we edit the
document, enter data such as document number, dates, method of payment, deadline, account number,
seller’s and buyer’s data, add items to the invoice, check the document summary.

Status bar

Here you can see real-time information about:

– The name of the document you are currently working on

– the current date;

– summary to be paid net and gross

Information

Here you can see real-time information about events from the country, the world and advertising. The display of this panel is set in the Settings -> Basic -> Program configuration tab in the “Panel” branch.

We run it in two ways: by maximizing the work area or by clicking on the top edge of the program window.

News

Important information such as the last archiving date, sales and receivables information is displayed here.

The second tab displays news, for example, about changes in invoicing in 2014.

Submission of comments and proposals for changes

When you finish working with the program, it may happen that the program will ask you to enter your comments and send them.
