Quick invoicing
Quick invoicing, quick insertion of a contractor, built-in search engine of companies from the online database of the Central Statistical Office, insertion by NIP number, from the list of companies or after entering only part of the name, automatic completion of cities by postal codes, quick selection of goods/services. In addition to the possibility of entering items on the invoice on the hand, the invoicing program allows you to prepare a database of goods and services and a detailed price list in advance. Sales can be carried out according to net or gross retail prices as from a cash register.

Invoicing software adapted to e-invoices
On January 1, 2022, the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) was launched. It is an ICT system used to receive and store invoices issued by entrepreneurs in the form of structured invoices. The invoicing program connects to the KSeF system via API and sends the issued documents to it. In 2022, the use of e-invoices is voluntary, while from 2023 it will become mandatory for everyone. We are closely following the changes introduced by the Ministry of Finance and are working on implementing them on the side of our invoicing software.
