Tutorial – Entering Goods and Services

Select Warehouse -> Warehouse -> Add new item.

Here we add new goods and services to the existing ones.

The first step is to
choose the option of what it is supposed to concern: a good or a service. Select as “Type”. We also specify the warehouse.

Then we can assign a group to the item/service. Select from the drop-down list
in the upper right corner of the window.

Clicking on the icon next to groups
Lets you edit the group list and units of measure.

A barcode, product/service name and PKWiU/ are also required. EPS and type.

Fill in the unit of measure fields, and select the VAT rate field from the list.
Fill in the prices and click the “OK” button.

If we do not have all the data, we can save
the product only with the required fields mentioned above filled in and fill them in later.

By clicking on the icon , we select an image for
the product photo.

To assign traits you need to click on the traits tab.
