Tutorial – Group Names

List of companies

Here we can add, delete, edit group names. Select Invoices -> Contractors -> Add new or press CTRL + K
to display the window for adding a new account:

To add, remove or edit group names, click the icon,
then a window will appear with the possibility of changing the groups:

We can also directly select Settings -> Groups -> Companies.

To add a group, place the mouse pointer below the list of available groups, enter its name in the free
field and click “New” to add it to the list. To delete or
edit the name of a group, select it from the list and click “Delete” or “Change”. Finally
, press “OK” to confirm.

Price list of goods and services

Here we can add, delete, edit group names. Select Warehouse -> Warehouse -> Warehouse
or press F4 to display the price list window for goods and services:

We can also directly select Settings -> Groups -> Items.

To add, remove or edit group names, click the
next to the group selection list, then a window will appear with the possibility of changing in the groups:

As before, the procedure is similar. To add a group, place the mouse
pointer below the list of available groups, enter its name in the free field and click “New” to add it
to the list. To delete or edit the name of a group, select it from the list and click “Delete” or
“Change”. Finally, press “OK” to confirm.
